The prompt builder still is — every term, model, and the assembler stay free forever. Credits only cover the compute cost of actually rendering an image or video from that prompt; that part costs real money per generation, so it has to be paid for somehow.
Do credits expire?
Not on this POC pricing — a credit you buy is a credit you can use whenever.
What exactly does a credit get me?
1 credit renders one image. A short video (up to ~5s) costs 5 credits. Bigger/longer renders may cost more; you will always see the cost before confirming a generation.
